1. Registration fee is non-refundable.
2. Marriage Buero reserves the right to reject any registration without assigning any reason.
3. Applicants must provide accurate and truthful information.
4. Identity verification is compulsory for non-Kashmiri/out-of-Kashmir applicants.
5. Marriage Buero is not responsible for any misrepresentation or misinformation provided by applicants.
6. All disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Jammu and Kashmir laws.
7. By registering, applicants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Exclusive Rights and Marriage Fee:

1. The Marriage Buero reserves exclusive rights to facilitate marriages between registered applicants.
2. If an applicant attempts to contact or interact with a match personally, or involves any third party to facilitate a marriage without our consent, they will be liable to pay a marriage fee of ₹30,000.
3. This marriage fee will be payable immediately, and the applicant will be required to provide proof of payment before proceeding with the marriage.

Confidentiality and Data Protection:

1. The Marriage Buero will maintain confidentiality of all applicant information.
2. Applicants agree not to share or disclose any information about their matches, including contact details, without our prior consent.
3. Applicants are strictly prohibited from sharing or using profiles obtained from our platform for personal gains, or providing them to non-customers, other matchmaking service providers, or companies.
4. Any applicant found violating this clause will be liable to pay a penalty amount of ₹10,000 per profile shared without our permission.

Disclosure of Personal Information:

1. Applicants are required to disclose all relevant personal information, including:
   • Previous marital status (married, divorced, widowed)
   • Physical or mental disabilities
   • Any personal issues that may affect marriage life
   • Polygamy marriage intentions
2. Applicants must share this information with their assigned customer care representative before their profile is shared with other clients.
3. Failure to disclose this information or providing false information will result in rejection of the applicant’s profile.
4. In such cases, the applicant will not be eligible to register with our matrimonial service again.

Profile Rejection and Refund Policy:

1. If an applicant’s profile is rejected by our team due to any reason, including but not limited to incomplete or inaccurate information, the registration fee will not be refunded.
2. Our team’s decision regarding profile rejection will be final and binding.

Protection of Intellectual Property:

1. The Marriage Buero owns and retains all rights to the profiles and information collected on our platform.
2. Any matchmaker, matchmaking service provider, or company found stealing our profiles, or using our information on other platforms, after registering as a customer, will be liable to pay a penalty amount of ₹1,00,000 per profile stolen.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

1. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jammu and Kashmir.
2. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through arbitration in Jammu and Kashmir.
